  • Control System with 5.7” Full Color LCD Touch-Screen

    • A microprocessor-based control system using state-of-the-art Freescale technology automatically controls all programs, including the sterilization cycle.
    • Features a 5.7” digital touch-screen display for graphic output, communication, self and remote diagnostics, and PC connection for external documentation and printing.
    • Ensures a reliable, safe, and user-friendly operation, with information available in multiple languages.
    • During sterilization, the system displays real-time time, chamber temperature and pressure, and sterilization status.

  • Steam Generator

    • The steam generator is automatically operated by the control system.

  • Integrated Ink Printer

    • Provides clear and concise documentation of sterilization processes.
    • Prints hard copies of critical cycle information, including temperature, pressure, sterilization, and number of cycles.
    • In case of an uncompleted cycle, the printout indicates the failure and its cause.

  • RS 232 Communication Port

    • Port for connecting the sterilizer to a computer.

  • External Reverse-Osmosis System

    • Improves water quality used to generate steam in the electric steam generator.
    • Uses mineral-free water to enhance performance and extend the lifespan of the shredder’s chamber.

  • SD Card & Card Reader

    • Cycles’ data can be collected online on an SD Card through an optional SD Card Slot.
    • Data can be downloaded onto a computer equipped with proprietary PC Software.
